The role

We are seeking to appoint a Stores Co-ordinator to work alongside the Stores Team and wider Stagecraftuk team based at Telford International Centre, Telford. You will assist the Team in the running of the department maintaining the stores area in a first class tidy and organised condition.  Accurately picking equipment for events, receiving goods into the department and inspecting /maintaining all returned equipment you will acquire the knowledge and understanding of all the stock needed to deliver successful events.  You will also work with the Stores Team in carrying out stock takes accurately recording them on our computerised system.  Some off-site working and delivering of goods to other venues will be required to assist the wider team.

The candidate

The role will appeal to a highly self-motivated and organised individual with previous hands-on experience of working in a stores environment.  Organised and methodical, the ideal candidate must be able to work to deadlines and have a willingness to work with the wider team to achieve results.  A full clean driving licence and counter balance truck licence are essential, and preferably a reach truck licence, you will need to have a basic working knowledge of word, excel, email and databases.  You must have the ability to physically move heavy equipment be and have a flexible approach to work.  Working hours will change to business needs.
