Upon commencement all employees will receive company and departmental induction as well as any specific training relevant to your job; ensuring you have everything you need to help you settle into your new role as quickly as possible.
There are also many opportunities for your continued growth and development through both on and off the job training. Our in-house development courses include: Hospitality Training, Equality, In-house Food Hygiene and refresher training, HACCAP, Management & Supervisory Skills and Assertiveness Skills to name but a few. We also work in partnership with many training providers to deliver NVQ’s across all areas of our business.
