The role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our busy Housekeeping team at the Holiday Inn Telford.  Offering exceptional professional customer service at all times, overseeing the cleaning of the bedrooms, and checking that they are to the highest standard to ensure guest satisfaction.

Flexibility is essential as the role requires you to work week days, weekends and bank holidays, working five 8 hour shifts between 7am and 5pm on a weekly rota.  You will be assisting with the daily operation of the department, including the bedrooms, public areas, linen room and working at our other hotel properties on occasions at the International Hotel and Ramada Telford/Ironbridge.

The candidate

The role will appeal to someone looking to work in a friendly, fast paced environment.  You must have previous supervisory experience from a similar role, customer service, and have high cleaning standards with excellent attention to detail.  You must be self motivated, with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
