The Southwater Event Group owns three Telford Hotels - The Holiday Inn, The International Hotel, and Grays Hotel and Conference Centre.
And now, as part of a management restructure, each venue has a new general manager who is already a well-known member of the Southwater team.
Wendy Ford has taken the helm at The Holiday Inn, after beginning her career with the company as an Assistant Housekeeper 20 years' ago. She has also managed both The International Hotel and Grays previously.
At Grays, Kate Jordan is the new General Manager - she has over 30 years' experience in the hotel industry, and has also been a member of the management team at both The International Hotel and The Holiday Inn.
The new General Manager at The International Hotel is Mel Stanton. Mel was previously in charge of operations at Grays, and has worked at Stirling University's Conference Centre and for Hilton Hotels.
Southwater Event Group CEO, Tom Gray, said: "We're very proud to have general managers who know all of our properties so well, and it's of great benefit not only to us, but to our customers too.
"Having worked at all three of our hotels, Wendy, Kate and Mel have a great deal of experience, and they are able to ensure our excellent customer services levels are delivered to all our guests and that they are consistent across the board."
