Christmas is here!

Party planners in Telford now have the perfect excuse to begin the countdown to Christmas thanks to a group of local businesses.

Southwater Event Group, which consists of The International Centre, The International Hotel, Grays Hotel, and The Holiday Inn, has unveiled its plans for this year’s festive season.

Chief Executive Tom Gray said: “It may seem strange to be launching our Christmas packages in the height of summer, but as in previous years, we’re already getting enquiries about what we’re planning.

“So we’ve put together a range of options with something for everyone to enjoy – whether you’re looking for a Christmas lunch for two, a family celebration, or a corporate festive party.”

At The Holiday Inn, options will include lunches in the run-up to Christmas, as well as special lunches and residential packages on Christmas Day itself.

There will also be party nights available and New Year’s Eve dinner and residential packages too.

Similar festivities will be available at Grays Hotel, where they will also host a Boxing Day lunch, and a New Year’s Eve gala buffet and disco.

“Our team at The International Centre are working very closely with local businesses to create bespoke party nights from 200 people or more to enjoy the festive season and companies such as Ricoh and Capgemini return to our venue year after year.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming people from all over Telford and further afield this Christmas, and with such a wide ranging choice of options, we’re sure the packages will prove extremely popular,” said Tom.
